Losing weight with hypothyroidism is difficult but can be done. You must do 60-90 minutes of cardio daily.
You must eat three regular meals and 2 healthy snacks. Reduce the refined carbs in your diet, like pototos, white bread, rice and replace them with lots of colourful veggies, eat lots of chicken and fish, and make sure you eat some protein with all of your meals and snacks.
I assume you are on medication, and once the medication starts doing its job it will be easier for you to lose weight.
Good luck.
Sorry buy I don’t know what that is.
Reducing carbs may help, but the most important thing is getting your thyroid levels where they should be for you. For most this means having a morning TSH around 1.0 or a free t4 midrange and a free t3 high in range. If your levels are off, weight loss won;t happen no matter what diet you follow.

Eat healthy, plenty of water, & exercise will help take off those unwanted pounds. Count your carbs!! Perhaps you should speak to your doctor about diet/weight loss. You can go on line & find out some very interesting info also. Good luck!!!
