Whats the best conditioning treatment for dry hair caused by thyroid problems?
I have been losing my hair for a year now and the condition of it is really bad, all due to being hypo. It is very dry and brittle so was wondering if anyone else who has the same problem has found a conditioning treatment that really works. Thanks in advance.

I also have hypothyroidism and have no problems with my hair. I use Dove shampoo for dry and damaged hair. I never put hair spray in it and when I blowdry it I put it on the lowest setting to prevent it from getting dried out, .After my hair is dry , I spray L’OREAL Paris Glass Shine in it. It gives it a beautiful shine and takes the frizz out of it.My hair doesnt fall out and it is pretty healthy looking. I’m wondering if you need to get some blood work done to see if you need your medication adjusted. I go every three months to get mine checked.And I know how difficult it can be to live with hypothyroidism and all the symptoms that go along with it.I was diagnosed with it 8yrs ago and still suffer from some mild symptoms associated with it.Call your doctor and make an appointment, your hair shouldnt be falling out if your medication is the right dose.
